About the Linden Fund

We strive for sustainable and meaningful impact in the areas of education, health and business activity.

Who we are

The Linden Fund is organized to be an umbrella organization that mobilizes the overseas diaspora and resident Linden community in the economic and social redevelopment of the town of Linden, Guyana. Our mission is to help play a meaningful role in the rebirth of a sustainable Linden, with particular focus on education, health and diversification of the town’s economic base. The Linden community includes the current and diaspora residents and friends of the town of Linden, Guyana.
The Linden Fund organization, which was launched in 1999, is comprised of the following entities: the Linden Fund USA, the Linden Fund Canada, and a Linden Fund Office in Guyana. Each entity shares the common goal of Linden’s redevelopment but operates independently as it relates to compliance with the appropriate charitable and other requirements of its respective country.
