There are four (4) State Chapters of the Linden Fund USA , which plan and execute programs on the state level as well as assist in recruiting members to the organization. There are a minimum of four officers of each State Chapter, consisting of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. The Chairperson of each State Chapter becomes a Director on the LFU Board of Directors. This allows for an efficient, 2-way flow of communication between the State Chapters and the Board.
