The Linden Fund USA is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation, which was registered in the state of New York in 1999.
It is a membership-based organization, open to all members of the Linden community of friends and former residents. Members are also encouraged to establish chapters in different regions of the USA. To date, there are 3 Chapters of the LFU: New York, New Jersey, Young Adults and Georgia. A Board of Directors manages the daily activities of the organization, whose minimum, annual tax-deductible membership contribution is US$50.
