Annual Teachers Workshop from April 22-24 - Our annual Teachers Workshop will be held the week before Town Week at our partner, Linden Technical Institute! LFU Board member and Early Childhood Specialist, Dr. Francine Brotherson, is our facilitator. Joining this year’s workshop is Secondary-level educator and LFU member, Mr Elward Tyrell. Veteran local educator and former Head Teacher of Mackenzie Primary, Teacher Camille Cummings, is once again lending her expertise as LFU works along with the Department of Education–Region #10 to support Region 10 Teachers #Service #Invest
LFU Spelling Bee Part of Official 2024 LTW Lineup - Our Region 10 Spelling Bee, in partnership with ANSA McAL Guyana, is a part of the official 2024 Linden Town Week Calendar. Check out the activities on Day Five of the LTW and you’ll see this annual event at the top of the lineup. The Regional Chairman Champion School Trophy is on the line!
